Our Partners

The Transition Coalition has worked with various state departments of education and other entities to assist them in providing transition professional development opportunities to secondary special education teachers and families. What types of professional development opportunities as well as the specific content are customized to meet the needs of each entity.

Currently, we are working with the following partners:

Missouri DESE

Missouri is implementing a system of professional development for transition. Our assistance has included various face-to-face and online resources, events, and training. MORE INFO

Vermont Dept. of Education

Vermont Department of Education is working with us to provide a customized online training and a series of seminars to secondary special educators in Vermont. MORE INFO

MPACT

MPACT is the Parent Training & Information Center in Missouri. We are working with them to develop and provide training to Educational Mentors who focus on secondary transition issues. MORE INFO

Arizona Dept. of Education
