Secondary School Success Checklist (FREE)
Center on Secondary Education for Students with Autism Spectrum Disorders (CSESA) ( 2013)
University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill

This checklist was designed to be used with students who have autism. It is intended to be completed with information from the student, school staff, and the student’s family. The “Secondary School Success Checklist” covers these domains (with drill down into 11 sub-domains):

  • Responsibility and independence
  • Community engagement
  • Self-management
2-Step process – setting priorities

First off, evaluate skills to  determine the needed level support and demonstration of skills across domains. Next, set priority rankings of non-mastered skills, which will help lead to the identification of 3 priority goals.
