LERN how to use response prompting in employment settings to effectively support employees with disabilities learn their job.
Coach Stephen Kwiatek – I am a graduate research assistant for NTACT at UNC Charlotte. I’m interested in general education teachers’ involvement in the transition process and bridging the research-to-practice gap for transition. As a work program coordinator, I often used response prompting to teach my students vocation-specific and transferable skills. I enjoy music and spending time with friends, families, and my two shih-tzus.
Coach Wen-hsuan Chang – I am a secondary transition research assistant for NTACT at UNC-Charlotte. My research interests focus on supporting families of children with disabilities to assist their children in secondary transition. I enjoy baking, traveling, and exploring local food and fun events with family and friends!
