I am Debbie Flores, TCSS+ trainer for Spring 2026. I am excited to be supporting you through this process. Before I retired as Transition Coordinator in 2015, I was a facilitator of several Transition Coalition Self-Study teams. For the past 10 years, I have had the pleasure of supporting facilitators across the country through various TCSS units.
I currently live in St. Louis, Missouri and enjoy spending time with my family, especially the grandchildren and volunteering with various church and non-profit organizations.
Hello Debbie,
It’s truly a privilege to be part of this team and contribute to this research. I work full time in the wonderful USD 259 (Wichita) School District and also teach undergraduate and graduate courses at Wichita State University. I genuinely love the work I do and am always eager to keep learning and growing.
We’ve recruited some of our strongest IEP managers to support this project, and we’re excited and ready to get started.
